Now, right-click on “SavGame.sav” then select “Extract”.Click on the “Contents” tab on the far right.
You should drop it into the huge space on the left.
Using device explore, navigate to where your USB flash drive is, then drag and drop the file that you had copied. Once it’s done copying, plug the USB flash drive into your PC and open Horizon. Next, download and install Horizon and Gibbed to your PC. Then choose copy and select the USB flash drive as the destination. Open borderlands 2 and select the file that is named according to the current level you are in. Here you should see a list of all your games. To do that, go to settings > system > storage > Hard Drive > Games and Apps. To begin, plug a formatted USB flash drive into your Xbox console and copy your save data into it. What you will need for this is a USB flash drive, a PC, Xbox 360, Gibbed and Horizon mod tool. 
In order to mod save files that exist in your Xbox console, these files need to be accessible from your PC.
